The Accessible Retail 5-a-side football competition, sponsored by Wilkinson Williams, was held on Thursday 15th July at the London City Powerleague Centre. Eleven teams were split into two leagues with the top two teams from each league progressing through to the knock out stages of the Cup competition. Teams placed third and fourth played out a Plate competition with Smarts, Masons and Steinhoff United comfortably beating Harvey Spack Field 3-0 in the final. In the Cup competition the final saw Wilkinson Williams come up against surprise package Colliers Allstars, who after scoring the all important first goal went on to complete a 4-0 victory.

Thanks to those teams who took part in a competition that was closely fought out with a number of games won by a single goal and was generally played in the right spirit.
